Influence of Nursing Intervention Based on Feedforward Control Concept in Patients with Cervical Spine Fracture Complicated with Spinal Cord Injury
Objective To apply the influence of nursing intervention based on feedforward control concept in patients with cervical spine fracture complicated with spinal cord injury. Methods A total of 80 patients with cervical spine fracture and spinal cord injury in Pingdingshan the Second People's Hospital were selected from July 2019 to July 2023 and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group(40 cases)received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group(40 cases)received nursing intervention based on feedforward control concept. The mood[Connor Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],spinal function[Japanese Orthopaedic association(JOA)]and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there was no statistical difference in CD-RISC and JOA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the CD-RISC and JOA scores of the two groups were higher(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in observation group[5.0%(2/40)]was lower than that in control group[22.5%(9/40)](x2=5.165,P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing nursing interventions based on feedforward control concept for patients with cervical spine fractures and spinal cord injuries can effectively alleviate negative emotions, improve spinal function, and reduce the incidence of complications in patients.
