Effectiveness of Five-In-One Nursing Intervention in the Perioperative Period of Radical Lung Cancer Surgery
Objective To explore the effect of five-in-one nursing intervention in the perioperative period of radical resection of lung cancer. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer in hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into study group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to different nursing methods. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the research group was given five-in-one nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The recovery process, mental state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],compliance behavior,self-care ability[self-care ability scale(ESC A)]and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the time of first exhaust, defecation, getting out of bed and discharge in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,ESCA scores and total scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group, while SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Five-in-one nursing intervention can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process of patients with radical resection of lung cancer, relieve negative emotions, improve compliance behavior,self-care ability, and reduce the incidence of complications.
