Objective To conduct a visual analysis of the current research status,hotspots and trends in nursing for mycoplasmal pneumonia in China from 2009 to 2023 using CiteSpace.Methods Relevant literature on mycoplasmal pneumonia nursing published in CNKI database from 2009 to 2023 was retrieved.Visual analysis was conducted on the publication year,institutions,authors,journals,and keywords using CiteSpace 6.2.R4.Results A total of 577 Chinese articles were included.The number of nursing-related articles for mycoplasmal pneumonia published from 2009 to 2023 first increased and then decreased.There was limited collaboration among institutions and authors.The research hotspots in nursing for mycoplasmal pneumonia included nursing intervention,pneumonia nursing,nursing safety,nursing quality,satisfaction,health education,and compliance.Conclusion Current research on nursing for mycoplasmal pneumonia is still in the development stage.Future efforts should focus on enhancing collaboration among authors and institutions,optimizing nursing models to improve nursing quality,and strengthening the application of nursing informatization to reduce nursing risks and improve nurse-patient relationships.
