Effect of Psychological Intervention Based on Cognitive Reevaluation on the Professional Quality of Life and Self-regulation Fatigue Level of Emergency Department Nurse Nurses
Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention based on cognitive reassessment on the professional life quality and self-regulation fatigue level of emergency nurses.Methods From January to December 2022,63 nurses in the emergency department of a tertiary A general hospital in Zhengzhou were selected as the research subjects.The control group received routine business learning,psychological counseling,and education,and the observation group used cognitive re-evaluation psychological interventions on the basis of the control group.The professional quality of life and self-regulation fatigue of the two groups of nurses were investigated after intervention.Results There were statistical differences in the scores of compassion satisfaction,job burnout and secondary trauma between the two groups after intervention(P<0.05).There were statistical differences in the scores of cognitive control,emotional control and behavior control between the two groups after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention based on cognitive reassessment can help improve the professional life quality of emergency department nurses and reduce the level of self-regulation fatigue of nurses.
