Effect of"One Disease,One Product"Nursing Mode on Blood Pressure Control,Mental State and Self-efficacy in Elderly Patients with Hypertension
Objective To explore the application of"one disease, one product"nursing model in elderly patients with hypertension and its influence on blood pressure control, psychological state and self-efficacy.Methods A total of 100 cases of elderly hypertensive patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January to June 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by randomized numerical table method,50 cases in each group. The control group took routine nursing, and the observation group took"one disease, one product"nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing. The intervention time was 6 months. Before and after intervention, blood pressure control[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],mental state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],self-efficacy,self-management ability[hypertension patients self-management behavior rating scale(HPSMBRS)]and the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)were observed in the two groups. Results After 6 months of intervention, the measured values of DBP and SBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-efficacy score and HPSMBRS score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention, the incidence of MACE in the observation group was 8.00%,which was not significantly different from that in the control group(16.00%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The nursing mode of"one disease, one product"can improve the mental state,self-efficacy and self-management ability of elderly hypertension patients, which is conducive to the control of blood pressure.
