Objective To explore the application effect of emergency nursing process based on evidence in the rescue of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute myocardial infarction in Henan Chest Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,60 patients from August 2022 to February 2023 were treated as the control group and given routine emergency care,60 patients from March and August 2023 were treated as the observation group and given emergency nursing process based on evidence.The indexes of emergency rescue time,rescue success rate,myocardial infarction recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The venous access establishment time,electrocardiogram time,venous blood collection time,hospitality-consultation time and consultation-catheter room time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P＜0.05).The success rate of rescue in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the recurrence rate of myocardial infarction was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The emergency nursing process based on evidence could shorten the rescue time of patients with acute myocardial infarction,improve the rescue success rate,reduce the recurrence rate of myocardial infarction,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
