Application of Gastrointestinal Protection and Prevention of Infection and Bleeding in Thalidomide Combined Treatment of Patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia
Objective To analyze the value of nursing care for digestive tract protection and prevention of infection and bleeding in patients with acute myeloid leukemia treated with thalidomide.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute myeloid leukemia,all of whom were admitted to the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2019 to June 2021,were divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases)by random number table method.Both groups received routine nursing intervention,the study group received gastrointestinal protection and prevention of infection and bleeding nursing intervention.Results Compared with the control group,the total satisfaction of nursing in the study group was higher(P<0.05),and the complications were reduced(P<0.05).The scores of emotional function,mental state,body pain,general health and other quality of life were high(P<0.05).Conclusion When patients with acute myeloid leukemia receive thalidomide combined therapy,the nursing intervention of gastrointestinal protection and prevention of infection and bleeding can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce complications,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
