Impact of Remote Empowerment Education Based on Family-Centered on Medication Compliance in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure
Objective This study was designed to explore the effect of remote empowerment education based on family-centered on medication compliance in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Randomized controlled trial design was used to randomly divide the participants into observation group and control group.The observation group received remote empowerment education based on family-centered,while the control group received usual care.The main outcome measures were medication compliance,cognitive and application understanding ability and quality of life.Results Before intervention,there were no differences in medication compliance,cognitive and application understanding ability and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the scores of medication compliance,cognition and application understanding of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of patients'quality of life in the physical field,emotional field and other fields were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The remote empowerment education based on family-centered can significantly improve medication compliance,cognitive and applied understanding,and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.
