Application Effect of Cardiac Rehabilitation Nursing Under FTS Concept in Perioperative Period of Patients Undergoing Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting Surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of fast track surgery(FTS)nursing in perioperative period of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Methods A total of 43 patients with CABG who underwent routine perioperative nursing Henan Provincial Chest Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects and included in the control group. In addition,43 patients with CABG who underwent FTS perioperative nursing in hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects and included in the observation group. Both groups were treated continuously until the patients were discharged and followed up for 3 months. The perioperative indicators[intensive care unit(ICU)monitoring time, first exhaust time, ambulation time, hospitalization time]were compared between the two groups at 3 months after operation.Emergency indicators(respiration, heart rate, mean arterial pressure)were compared between the two groups at different time points(before anesthesia induction, during vascular anastomosis, and at the end of surgery). The cardiac function indexes[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)]were compared between the two groups before nursing and 3 months after nursing. Results During hospitalization, the ICU monitoring, first exhaust, ambulation and average hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).During vascular anastomosis, the respiration, heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the two groups were higher than those before anesthesiainduction. At the end of operation, respiration, heart rate and mean arterial pressure were lower than those at the time of vascular anastomosis, which increased fist and then decreased. The observation group was lower than the control group at each time point(P<0.05).At 3 months of nursing, the LVEF of the two groups was higher than that before nursing, and the LVESD and LVEDD were lower than those before nursing. The LVEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the LVESD and LVEDD were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion FTS nursing can effectively reduce the emergency response of CABG patients, promote postoperative recovery and improve cardiac function.
