Effect of Perioperative Temperature Prospective Protection Combined with Targeted Liquid Therapy on Hemodynamic and Coagulation Indicators in Patients Undergoing Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting Surgery
Objective To analyze the impact of perioperative temperature prospective protection combined with targeted liquid therapy on hemodynamics and coagulation indicators in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting surgery admitted to Henan Chest Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as observation subjects. They were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)using a lottery method, the former received prospective perioperative temperature protection, while the latter received targeted liquid therapy on top of it.The hemodynamic and coagulation indicators of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The hemodynamics of the observation group were better than those of the control group at different time periods(P<0.05).The postoperative coagulation function level of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of perioperative temperature prospective protection combined with targeted liquid therapy for patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting surgery can improve their coagulation status and obtain more stable hemodynamic levels, which is worth promoting.
