Application of Positive Psychology Theory Combined with Narrative Intervention in Nursing Care of Patients with Cerebral Infarction During Recovery Period
Objective To explore the application effect of positive psychology theory combined with narrative intervention in the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery period.Methods A prospective study was conducted on 82 patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery period admitted to Zhoukou Central Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023.They were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group based on the envelope method,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received narrative medicine rehabilitation nursing intervention,while the intervention group received a combination of positive psychology theory and narrative medicine intervention,with each intervention lasting for 3 months.The mood and emotional state,compliance and quality of life of the two groups before and after intervention were evaluated using profile of mood states(POMS),exercise adherence questionnaire(EAQ),and stroke-specialized quality of life scale(SS-QOL)scores.Results After 3 months of intervention,the negative mood score decreased and the positive mood score increased in both groups.The negative mood score in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,while the positive mood score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the EAQ index of each dimension in both groups increased,and the intervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the SS-QOL scores of both groups increased,and the intervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of positive psychology theory combined with narrative intervention in the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery period has a good effect,which is more conducive to improving the patient's mood and emotional state,improving the patient's rehabilitation exercise compliance and quality of life.
