目的 应用Walker和Avant经典概念分析法分析护士变化疲劳的概念及其内在属性.方法 检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL等数据库中护士变化疲劳的相关文献,采用Walker和Avant概念分析方法对护士变化疲劳的概念进行分析.结果 本研究共纳入31篇文献,分析出护士变化疲劳的定义属性为护士对变化的适应障碍和持续的变化所引起的职业倦怠.前置因素为快速和持续的变化、对变化失去控制、工作强度的增加.后果包括个人产生情感疲乏、倦怠等,离职率增加,满意度降低等.结论 医疗场所频繁变化使护士产生了变化疲劳,管理者应当意识到变化疲劳对护士及护理质量产生的负面影响,从而构建针对高风险人群的干预措施,以提高护士的满意度及组织承诺.
Concept Analysis of Changing Fatigue Among Nurses
Objective Apply the classical concept analysis of Walker and Avant to analyze the concept and intrinsic properties of chang fatigue.Methods Literature on nurse changing fatigue in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,China Biomedical Literature Service System,PubMed,Web of Science,CINAHL to analyze the concept of nurse change fatigue by Walker and Avant concept analysis method.Results In this study,A total of 31 literature articles were included in the study,the definition attribute of nurse change fatigue was the job burnout caused by the adaptation barriers to change and the continuous change.The leading factors were rapid and continuous change,loss of control over change,and increase in work intensity.Consequences included personal emotional fatigue,weariness,increased turnover rate and decreased satisfaction.Conclusion Frequent changes in medical places make nurses change fatigue,managers should be aware of the negative impact of change fatigue on nurses and nursing quality,so as to build intervention measures for high-risk groups to improve nurses'satisfaction and organizational commitment.
