Application of Simulated Operating Room in Clinical Teaching of Surgical Laboratory
Objective To observe the effectiveness of simulating operating rooms in clinical teaching in surgical laboratories.Methods A total of 100 students who studied in the surgical laboratory of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as research subjects and grouped according to teaching methods.Students who received traditional surgical laboratory teaching were included in the reference group(50 cases),and students who received simulated operating room teaching were included in the research group(50 cases).The effectiveness of teaching was evaluated by collecting data on students'exam scores,learning outcomes,and student satisfaction.Results The average scores of the research group students in theoretical assessment,individual operation assessment,and comprehensive operation assessment were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The average scores of surgical cooperation ability,aseptic operation ability,emergency response ability,hands-on cooperation ability,and clinical communication ability of the research group students were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the research group students was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of simulated operating rooms in clinical teaching in surgical laboratories can improve teaching quality,enhance students'theoretical and practical assessment scores,improve their learning effectiveness,enhance their comprehensive abilities,and achieve satisfactory application results.
