Effect of Zishen Yutai Pills on the Level of Sex Hormone and the Outcomes of Fetal Protection in Patients with Threatened Abortion of Kidney Deficiency Type
Objective To explore the effect of Zishen Yutai pills on the level of sex hormone and the outcomes of fetal protection in patients with threatened abortion of kidney deficiency type.Methods A total of 128 patients with threatened miscarriage of kidney deficiency type admitted to Zhengzhou People's Hospital were selected from February 2019 to May 2021,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to a random number table,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with progesterone combined with human chorionic gonadotropin,while the observation group was treated with Zishen Yutai pill on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and serum sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and the clinical effects,pregnancy outcomes after fetal protection,and adverse reactions were compared.Results After treatment,the main and secondary symptom scores and total scores of both groups of patients decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels of β-subunit human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),progesterone(P)and estradiol(E2)in two groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and all indexes in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).There was difference in the distribution of clinical efficacy levels between the two groups(P<0.05),and the observation group had a higher success rate in maintaining pregnancy(90.62%)than the control group(71.86%)(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Zishen Yutai pills to treat patients with kidney deficiency type threatened miscarriage can significantly alleviate clinical symptoms,effectively regulate the levels of sex hormones in the body,improve the success rate of fetal preservation and pregnancy outcomes,and effectively reduce the risk of miscarriage.
