宣肺平喘汤联合沐舒坦、胸腺肽治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果
Effects of Xuanfei Pingchuan Decoction Combined with Mucosolvan and Thymosin on Children with Bronchial Asthma

摘要
目的 探讨宣肺平喘汤联合沐舒坦、胸腺肽治疗小儿支气管哮喘(BA)的效果.方法 将2021年1月至2023年3月商丘市第四人民医院收治的108例BA患儿随机分为对照A组、对照B组、联合组,各36例.3组均接受对症支持治疗,对照A组在此基础上采取沐舒坦氧驱雾化吸入治疗,对照B组采取沐舒坦联合胸腺肽治疗,联合组采取宣肺平喘汤联合沐舒坦、胸腺肽治疗.治疗2周后,比较3组哮喘控制率、不良反应,并比较治疗前后哮喘日间、夜间症状评分、变态反应指标、肺功能指标.结果 治疗2周后,联合组哮喘总控制率高于对照A组、对照B组(P＜0.05);治疗2周后,哮喘日间评分、夜间症状评分及血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、白三烯B4(LTB4)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)比较:联合组＜对照B组＜对照A组(P＜0.05),第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)、50％呼气流速(MEF50％)、25％呼气流速(MEF25％)比较:联合组＞对照B组＞对照A组(P＜0.05);联合组不良反应总发生率高于对照B组和对照A组,但3组间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 宣肺平喘汤联合沐舒坦、胸腺肽治疗小儿BA效果确切,有利于减轻变态反应和炎症反应,改善肺功能,且安全性高.
Abstract
Objective To explore effects of Xuanfei pingchuan decoction combined with mucosolvan and thymosin on children with bronchial asthma(BA).Methods A total of 108 children with BA admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Shangqiu from January 2021 to March 2023 were collected and randomly divided into control group A,control group B and combined group,with 36 cases in each group.Symptomatic supportive treatment was given to all three groups.Control group A was treated with mucosolvan oxygen spray inhalation on this basis,control group B was treated with mucosolvan combine with thymosin,and combined group was treated with Xuanfei pingchuan decoction combined with mucosolvan and thymosin.After 2 weeks of treatment,the asthma control rate and adverse reactions were compared among the three groups,and the asthma daytime and nighttime symptom scores,serum allergy indexes and lung function indexes were compared among the three groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total control rate of asthma in combined group was higher than that in control group A and control group B(P＜0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,asthma daytime score,nighttime symptom score,serum monocyte chenoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),leukotriene B4(LTB4),immunoglobulin E(IgE)and fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)showed combined group＜control group B＜control group A(P＜0.05),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF),50％maximal expiratory flow(MEF50％),25％maximal expiratory flow(MEF25％)showed combined group＞control group B＞control group A(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reaction in combined group was slightly higher than that in control group B and control group A,but there was no statistical differences among the three groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Xuanfei pingchuan decoction combined with mucosolvan and thymosin in the treatment of children with BA is effective,which is beneficial to control asthma symptoms,reduce allergy,improve lung function,and has high safety.
