Application Value of United Imaging URT-Linac506c Linear Accelerator in Postoperative Radiotherapy for Breast-Conserving Surgery in Breast Cancer
Objective To evaluate the application value of united imaging URT-linac506c linear accelerator in postoperative radiotherapy for breast-conserving surgery in breast cancer.Methods From January to December 2023,150 patients who underwent radiotherapy after breast-conserving surgery for breast cancer were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 75 patients in each group.The control group received the Elekta infinity linear accelerator,and the observation group received the united imaging URT-linac506c linear accelerator.The radiation error of the two types of linear accelerators,dose parameters of the planned target area,radiation doses to the heart,lung,and breast,and radiation reactions were compared.Results The X-axis,Y-axis,Z-axis and rotation angle errors in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).The doses of D1,D99 and Dmena were similar between the two groups(P>0.05).Comformity and homogeneity index in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the dose of V30 in the heart and Dmena in the healthy breast between the two groups(P>0.05).The Dmena of the heart,the Dmena of the affected side of the lung,the Dmena of V30 and the Dmena of the healthy side of the lung in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).All patients successfully completed radiotherapy without any termination of radiotherapy.The proportion of 0-2 degree reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the proportion of grade 3 reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically difference in the level 4 response between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of united imaging URT-linac506c linear accelerator radiotherapy after breast cancer preservation surgery is better,it can reduce the irradiation error,reduce the irradiation dose of the planned target area and the risk organ,and the skin irradiation reaction is mild.
