Application of Quantitative Evaluation Strategy in Operating Room Nursing of Patients with Acute Calculous Cholecystitis
Objective To investigate the effect of quantitative evaluation strategy in the operating room nursing of patients with acute calculous cholecystitis(ACC).Methods A total of 120 patients with ACC in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into 60 patients in each case according to the order of documentation. All patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the control group received routine operating room nursing, and the observation group received operating room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy on the basis of the control group.Postoperative rehabilitation process, physical stress[heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)scores 10 minutes before surgery and 10 minutes after surgery and complications of the two groups were observed. Results The time to first exhaustion, time to first disembarkation, time to feeding, and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).DBP,SBP and HR indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group in the preoperative 10 minutes, intraoperative 5 minutes after anesthesia, and postoperative 10 minutes(P<0.05).The SCL-90 scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group in the preoperative 10 minutes and postoperative 10 minutes(P<0.05).The total complication rate of 5.00%in the observation group was lower than that of 18.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The quantitative evaluation strategy in the operation room nursing of ACC patients can reduce the physical and mental stress response of patients, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients.
