Application Effect of Intervention Measures Based on Stress and Stress Theory on Postoperative Patients with Thyroid Cancer
Objective To investigate the application of intervention measures based on stress and stress theory in patients with thyroid cancer and its influence on postoperative recovery, psychological state and complications. Methods A total of 90 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to Henan Provincial People's Hospital from February 2022 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group. The control group received conventional surgical intervention, while the observation group received intervention measures based on the theory of pressure and stress. The postoperative rehabilitation, complications, psychological status[PTSD checklist-civilian version(PCL-C)and Chinese perceived stress scale(CPSS)]and postoperative shoulder joint function were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group's first postoperative discharging from bed and postoperative hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group, and the hospital cost was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the PCL-C and CPSS scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the time of discharge, the observation group had higher scores of shoulder function than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group(8.89%)was lower than that in the control group(24.44%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention measures based on stress and stress theory can effectively regulate the psychological state of patients with perioperative thyroid cancer, reduce the degree of post-traumatic stress and psychological stress, reduce the risk of complications, and promote early postoperative recovery.
