Effect of Morita Therapy Intervention on Emotional State and Psychological Resilience in Hemodialysis Patients
Objective To explore the effect of Morita therapy intervention on emotional state and mental resilience of hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 96 hemodialysis patients in Xinyang Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and psychological intervention,and the observation group was given Morita therapy on this basis.The duration of intervention was 5 weeks.Before and after intervention,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)were used to evaluate emotional state,Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)was used to evaluate mental resilience.Nursing satisfaction was evaluated before discharge.Results After intervention,the scores of HAMD and HAMA were decreased in both groups,and the scores in observation group were lower(P<0.05).The dimensions scores of resilience,self-reliance and optimism of CD-RISC were increased in both groups,and the scores in observation group were higher(P<0.05).The total satisfaction in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Morita therapy combined with psychological intervention could significantly relieve negative emotions of anxiety and depression in hemodialysis patients,enhance the level of psychological resilience,and help to improve the clinical nurse-patient relationship.
