Effect of Grading Nursing Based on Triangle Model Applied to Patients with Diabetes Foot
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of grading nursing based on Triangle model applied to patients with diabetes foot.Methods A total of 97 patients with diabetes foot who were admitted to Luohe Central Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the method of drawing lots.48 patients in the conventional group received conventional nursing care,and 49 patients in the research group received graded nursing care based on the Triangle model.After three months of intervention,the ulcer repair,nerve conduction velocity,self-efficacy,complications and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The sensory examination,symptoms,and reflex scores of the research group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The conduction speed of the tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve in the research group was faster than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months,the research group had higher scores for self stress reduction,self decision-making,positive attitudes,and quality of life than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of abnormal tactile sensation,pain sensation,thermal sensation,vibration sensation,and lower limb numbness in the research group with 10 g nylon rope was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically difference in skin dryness between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Graded nursing based on Triangle model can significantly improve the self-efficacy of patients with diabetes foot,help them to repair ulcers and improve nerve conduction velocity,reduce complications and promote the improvement of quality of life.
