Application Effect of Rosenthal Effect Nursing Model in Elderly Parkinson's Disease Patients with Depression
Objective To analyze the intervention effect of applying Rosenthal effect nursing model in elderly Parkinson's disease patients with depression. Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with Parkinson's disease combined with depression were randomly grouped(random number table method),the control group(42 cases)received usual care, and the observation group(42 cases)received Rosenthal effect care. The depression, anxiety, cognitive function, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)in the observation group and control group were decreased, and the scores of HAMD,HAMA and SPBS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, scores of the Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)in the observation group increased(P<0.05),and were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the 36-item short form surgery scores of the observation group and the control group were increased(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.24%,higher than that of the control group(73.19%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The Rosenthal effect nursing model can reduce depression andanxiety, improve cognitive function, and improve the quality of life of depressed patients with Parkinson's disease with high satisfaction, which is an effective intervention.
