Effect of Multidisciplinary Team Collaborative Nursing on Self-efficacy,Pain,and Anxiety in Hemophiliacs
Objective To analyze the effect of multidisciplinary team collaborative nursing on self-efficacy,pain,and anxiety in patients with hemophilia.Methods A total of 90 patients from January 2020 to March 2023 were selected divided into observation group and control group,45 patients in each group.The observation group received multidisciplinary team collaborative nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.The self-efficacy,pain,anxiety severity,and quality of life of the two groups.Results The scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Pain and anxiety scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The emotional score,health index,life satisfaction,and general condition index score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multidisciplinary team collaborative nursing can effectively improve the self-efficacy of hemophilia patients,alleviate pain,and improve anxiety.
