Influencing Factors of Health Examination Willingness of Permanent Residents in Large Community of Zhengzhou City
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of health examination willingness of permanent residents in Zhengzhou large community,and to provide reference for formulating intervention strategies to enhance the health examination willingness of residents.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted from January to June 2023 in each district of Zhengzhou to select one community.And 1 500 permanent residents in the community were randomly selected,and a survey questionnaire was distributed to collect residents'willingness to undergo health examinations.The influencing factors of residents'willingness to undergo health examinations were analyzed.Results A total of 1 500 questionnaires were sent out and 1 425 valid questionnaires were collected with effective recovery rate of 95.00%.The results of 1 425 valid questionnaires were analyzed.And 1 182 residents had the intention of physical examination,accounting for 82.95%,and 243 residents had no intention of physical examination,accounting for 17.05%.Single factor analysis showed that,age,household registration,education level,monthly income,job type,chronic disease,previous physical examination history,cognition of physical examination,taking the initiative to acquire knowledge of physical examination,self-belief in good health,unreasonable physical examination fee,participation in medical insurance,type of medical insurance and history of novel coronavirus pneumonia infection were the influencing factors of residents'willingness to physical examination(P<0.05).LASSO regression analysis screened out 10 factors,namely age,educational level,personal monthly income,chronic disease,previous physical examination history,awareness of physical examination,taking the initiative to acquire knowledge of physical examination,thinking that physical examination was healthy,thinking that physical examination charges were unreasonable,participating in medical insurance.Logistic regression analysis showed that,education level,personal monthly income,previous physical examination history,cognition degree of physical examination,actively obtain health examination knowledge,participate in medical insurance were independent protective factors for the intention of health examination,age,chronic disease,self-perceived good health,and the unreasonable charge for physical examination were independent risk factors for residents'willingness to physical examination(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors influencing residents'willingness to take physical examination.It is necessary to strengthen the education of health examination knowledge in order to improve residents'willingness to take physical examination.
