Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Social Alienation in Patients with Laryngeal Cancer
Objective To investigate the current situation of social alienation among laryngeal cancer patients and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 219 laryngeal cancer patients admitted to a tertiary hospital in Zhengzhou from January to December 2023 were selected.The patients were surveyed using the general dissociation scale,self-perceived burden scale,disease acceptance scale,and family care index questionnaire.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of social alienation in laryngeal cancer patients.Results The social alienation score of laryngeal cancer patients was(41.96±7.27).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,gender,total score of disease acceptance,total score of self-perceived burden,and total score of family care were the influencing factors of social alienation in laryngeal cancer patients(P<0.05),explaining 64.9%of the total variation.Conclusion Patients with laryngeal cancer have a moderate level of social alienation.Medical staff should focus on young,female,low disease acceptance,heavy self-perceived burden,and low family care patients,and take personalized intervention measures to alleviate their sense of social alienation.
