Application Effect of Abdominal Aortic Balloon Occlusion Combined with Cesarean Section in Dangerous Placenta Previa and Placenta Implantation
Objective To analyze the effect of intra-aortic balloon occlusion(IABO)on women with pernicious placenta previa(PPP)and placenta accreta(PA)undergoing cesarean section. Methods A total of 120 cases of cesarean section women with PPP and AP admitted to Zhumadian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(60 cases)received conventional cesarean section only, and the observation group(60 cases)received abdominal aorta balloon occlusion on the basis of cesarean section. The surgical indexes, maternal outcomes and neonatal Apgar scores were compared. Results The observation group had a longer surgical time compared to the control group, with less surgical bleeding and blood transfusion, and a shorter hospital stay than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of intensive care, hysterectomy, postpartum infection, and hemorrhagic shock in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The Apgar scores of the observation group at 1,5 and 10 minutes were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion IABO can effectively reduce the blood loss and hysterectomy rate of women with PPP and PA during cesarean section, improve the maternal outcome and increase the neonatal Apgar score, which has high clinical value.
