Predictive Efficiency of Main Arterial Blood Flow Parameters by Ultrasonography in Fetal Distress
Objective To explore the predictive efficiency of main arterial blood flow parameters by ultrasonography in fetal distress(FD).Methods A total of 120 pregnant women with FD and 100 normal pregnant women in Xuchang People's Hospital were enrolled as observation group and control group from May 2021 to May 2023.The both groups underwent ultrasonography.The blood flow parameters[resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI),ratio of peak systolic velocity to end diastolic velocity(S/D)]of umbilical artery(UA)and middle cerebral artery(MCA)were compared between the two groups.According to the severity of FD,pregnant women in observation group were divided into mild group(73 cases)and severe group(47 cases),blood flow parameters of UA and MCA were compared between the two groups.The levels of RIMCA/UA,PIMCA/UA and S/DMCA/UA were compared between observation group and control group.The diagnostic value of RIMCA/UA,PIMCA/UA and S/DMCA/UA for FD was analyzed.Results RI,PI and S/D of UA in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),while RI,PI and S/D of MCA were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).RI,PI and S/D of UA in mild group were lower than those in severe group(P<0.05),while RI,PI and S/D of MCA were higher than those in severe group(P<0.05).The levels of RIMCA/UA,PIMCA/UAandS/DMCA/UA in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).ROC curves analysis showed that AUC of RIMCA/UA combined with PIMCA/UA and S/DMCA/UA in the diagnosis of FD was 0.935,greater than that of single index(0.881,0.892,0.879).Conclusion Blood flow parameters of UA and MCA by ultrasonography have high clinical diagnostic efficiency for FD,which is beneficial to determine fetal status and improve diagnostic accuracy rate.
