温中补益方加减治疗胃溃疡脾胃虚寒证的效果

摘要
目的 观察温中补益方治疗胃溃疡脾胃虚寒证的效果.方法 采用前瞻性随机对照研究,选择2022年1-12月平煤神马集团总医院收治的胃溃疡脾胃虚寒证患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组,对照组(35例)接受标准西药治疗,观察组(35例)在对照组基础上增加温中补益方治疗.比较患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、胃肠激素水平以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组总有效率(94.29％)高于对照组(74.29％)(P＜0.05).经过治疗,两组患者中医证候积分降低,观察组更低(P＜0.05);两组患者胃泌素水平降低,胃动素水平升高,观察组胃泌素水平更低,胃动素水平更高(P＜0.05).观察组不良反应发生率(14.29％)与对照组(28.57％)比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 温中补益方在胃溃疡脾胃虚寒证患者中的治疗效果显著,可以更好改善患者临床症状和胃肠激素水平.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Wenzhong Buyi Formula on spleen stomach deficiency cold syndrome of gastric ulcer.Methods A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted,and patients with gastric ulcer and spleen stomach deficiency cold syndrome admitted to General Hospital of Pingmei Shenma Group from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Random number table method was used,the control group(35 cases)was treated with standard western medicine,and the observation group(35 cases)was treated with Wenzhong Buyi Formula on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,gastrointestinal hormone levels,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared during treatment of patients.Results Compared with control group(74.29％),the total effective rate of the observation group(94.29％)was higher(P＜0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of both groups of patients decreased after treatment,the observation group was lower(P＜0.05).The level of gastrin decreased and the level of motilin increased in the two groups,the level of gastrin in the observation group was lower,while the level of motilin was higher(P＜0.05).The difference was not statistically significant in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(14.29％)and the control group(28.57％)(P＞0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Wenzhong Buyi Formula is significant in patients with gastric ulcer spleen stomach deficiency cold syndrome,which can better improve clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal hormone levels in patients.
