Effect of Whole-Course High-Quality Nursing Service on Atomization Inhalation of Children with Bronchial Asthma
Objective To observe the nursing effect of the whole process of high-quality nursing service in children with bronchial asthma by atomizing inhalation.Methods A total of 90 children with bronchial asthma who were treated in Children's Hospital of Henan Province from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and all of them were treated by aerosol inhalation.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,in which 45 children who received the whole-course high-quality nursing service were the experimental group and 45 children who received routine nursing care were the control group,and the nursing effect,nursing satisfaction,lung function index,treatment time and treatment compliance were evaluated.Results The nursing effect in the experimental group(97.78％)was better than that(82.22％)in the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group(97.78％)was higher than that(80.00％)of the control group(P＜0.05).The indexes of pulmonary function in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The disappearance time of cough and wheezing and hospitalization time in the experimental group were longer than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The treatment compliance in the experimental group(95.56％)was better than that(73.33％)in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Whole-course high-quality nursing service for children with bronchial asthma treated by aerosol inhalation is of great value,which can improve the nursing effect and satisfaction,improve the lung function index of children,shorten the disappearance time of cough and wheezing and the hospitalization time,and promote the compliance of treatment,which is worth popularizing.
