Influence of Nursing Models Under the Theory of Time Nursing on Self-efficacy and Negative Emotions of Lung Cancer Surgery Patients
Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical application value of nursing models based on time nursing theory in lung cancer surgery.Methods A total of 108 cases of lung cancer surgery patients admitted to Henan Provincial People's Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were collected and divided into time nursing group(54 cases)and control group(54 cases)according to the different methods of nursing care,the control group received routine nursing care,and the time nursing group received nursing care model under the theory of time nursing on this basis.Lung function,incidence of complications,self-efficacy[general self-efficacy scale(GSES)],negative emotions[(Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)],and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results After the intervention,the improvement of pulmonary function indexes was greater in the time nursing group than in the control group,the HAMD and HAMA scores were lower than those in the control group,and the GSES and Word Health Organization quality of life-brief form questionnaire(WHOQOL-BREF)scores were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The nursing model of implementing time based nursing theory for lung cancer surgery patients can improve self-efficacy,alleviate negative emotions,and thus improve lung function and quality of life.
