Influence of Diversified Nursing on Infants with Myocardial Injury After Neonatal Asphyxia
Objective To observe the influence of diversified nursing on infants with myocardial injury after neonatal asphyxia. Methods A total of 70 infants with myocardial injury after neonatal asphyxia admitted to the Children's Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected. The group was divided by drawing lots. The control group of 35 children received routine nursing, and the experimental group of 35 children received diversified nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results There were no statistical differences in myocardial injury indexes and neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA)scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing, the levels of serum creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB)and cardiac troponin T(cTnT)were decreased in both groups, while the NBNA score was increased. The levels of CK-MB and cTnT in experimental group were lower than those in control group, and the NBNA score was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the parental nursing satisfaction in experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified nursing for infants with myocardial injury after neonatal asphyxia is effective, which could effectively alleviate myocardial injury, promote neurological development, reduce complications, and improve parents'satisfaction.
