Severe Myelosuppression with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Caused by Azathioprine and Literature Review
This article reported a case of a systemic lupus erythematosus patient with normal thiopurine s-methyltransferase(TPMT)metabolism who experienced severe myelosuppression adverse reactions during the use of azathioprine.The causes were explored through association analysis of adverse reactions and correlation analysis between genes and bone marrow suppression,providing a reference for safe clinical medication.
