Objective To establish a nursing quality evaluation index system for heart transplant patients,and to provide reference for monitoring and management of nursing quality.Methods Based on the theory of three-dimensional quality structure,the evaluation index system was developed by means of literature search,qualitative interview,intra-group meeting and Delphi expert consultation.Results There were 3 primary indexes,12 secondary indexes and 82 tertiary indexes in the nursing quality evaluation index system of heart transplant surgery.The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of correspondence questionnaires were 90.48％and 100.00％,the authority coefficients were 0.887 and 0.895,and the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.206 and 0.245.Conclusion The evaluation index system is scientific,reasonable,objective and complete,which can provide reference for perioperative nursing quality evaluation of heart transplantation.
