Correlation Between Work Pressure of Intern Nursing Students and Clinical Internship Environment
Objective To understand the current situation of work stress and clinical practice environment of nursing students in a top three hospital in Henan Province,and to explore the correlation between work stress and clinical practice environment of nursing students.Methods An electronic questionnaire was used to investigate the work pressure and clinical practice environment of nursing students in sample hospitals.Results The average score of work pressure was 11.92±4.58,and the total score of clinical practice environment was 105.06±20.14.There was a negative correlation between work stress and clinical practice environment and scores of 6 dimensions.Conclusion The work pressure of nursing students and their evaluation of clinical practice environment are in the middle level,and the work pressure comes from many aspects.The suggestion is not only to improve the sense of belonging of nursing students,but also to create a better material security foundation.
