Application of PBL Mode in the Teaching of Ultrasound Diagnosis of Heart Disease
Objective To explore the application effect of introducing problem-based learning(PBL)in the practice of cardiac ultrasound teaching. Methods A total of 62 undergraduate students majoring in medical imaging at Zhengzhou University in 2018 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into experimental group(31 students)and control group(31 students). The experimental group adopted PBL teaching mode, while the control group continued to use traditional teaching methods. After the teaching, two groups of students will be assessed for basic theory, case analysis, and questionnaire survey.SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of data. Results Students in experimental group had higher scores in basic theory and case analysis compared to control group, and the classroom atmosphere in the experimental group was better, and the students showed greater interest and satisfaction in cardiac ultrasound diagnosis, with stronger ability to master knowledge and solve problems, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching mode is more effective in mobilizing the enthusiasm of undergraduate students, improving the teaching quality of ultrasound diagnosis of heart disease, and improving student satisfaction compared to traditional teaching modes.
