Application of Scenario Case Study Combined with Interactive Guidance Teaching Mode in Rehabilitation Medicine Nursing Teaching
Objective To explore the application effect of scenario cases combined with interactive guidance teaching mode in rehabilitation medicine nursing teaching.Methods Data of 35 clinical nursing students who received situational cases combined with traditional teaching mode in Huaihe Hospital of Henan University from January to April 2022 were collected and included in the control group.Data of 35 clinical practice nursing students who received situational cases combined with interactive guidance teaching mode in the hospital from May to August 2022 were collected and included in the research group.The assessment scores(theoretical knowledge,operational skills),thinking ability[critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version(CTDI-CV)],self-directed learning ability[self-rating scale of self-directed learning(SRSSDL)]and teaching satisfaction of nursing students in the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge and operational skills assessment scores of nursing intern in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before leaving the department,the CTDI-CV score and SRSSDL score of the two groups of nursing intern increased compared to when they entered the department,and the research group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing intern in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scenario cases combined with interactive guidance teaching mode in rehabilitation medicine nursing teaching can improve nursing students'professional knowledge and skills,enhance their thinking ability and self-directed learning ability.
