Effect of Modified Shoutai Pills Combined with Dydrogesterone on Prothrombotic State in Patients with Early Recurrent Abortion
Objective To investigate the effect of dydrogesterone combined with Shoutai Pills on the prethrombotic state in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods In the prospective cohort, patients with early RSA in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of TCM Hospital of Xinyang from October 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases)by random number table method. The control group was treated with dydrogesterone, and the observation group was treated with Shoutai Pills on the basis of the control group. The treatment lasted until 12 weeks of pregnancy. Before treatment and at 12 weeks of pregnancy, the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of the two groups were evaluated and compared. The prothrombotic state indexes[D-dimer,prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(Fib)],progesterone and β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)were detected and compared between the two groups. The occurrence of adverse reactions and pregnancy at 12 weeks of gestation were recorded in both groups during treatment. Results At 12 weeks of pregnancy, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,D-dimer and Fib levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of PT,progesterone,APTT and β-HCG were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, the success rate of early pregnancy in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of dydrogesterone and Shoutai Pills in women with early RSA can help relieve clinical symptoms, promote the improvement of prethrombotic state,β-HCG and progesterone, and then increase the success rate of early pregnancy, and the combined application of the two drugs will not increase adverse reactions.
