Intervention Value of"Full Chain"Information Health Management Model for Children with Bronchial Asthma
Objective To explore the intervention value of"full chain"information health management model in children with bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 120 children with bronchial asthma in Henan Children's Hospital Zhengzhou Children's Hospital from March 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into experimental group(60 cases)and routine group(60 cases)according to the time of admission. The routine group was given routine home care, and the experimental group was given home care based on the"full chain"information health management model.Compliance behavior, time to symptom improvement(cough, fever, pulmonary rales, gasping),number of asthma attacks and emergency room visits, pulmonary function[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)],quality of life scale for children and adolescents(QLSCA)and family care satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance rate of the experimental group[93.33%(56/60)]was higher than that of the conventional group[76.67%(46/60)](P<0.05).The improvement time of cough, fever, pulmonary rales and dyspnea in the experimental group was shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The frequency of asthma attack and emergency department in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of FEV1 and FVC in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention, the QLSCA score of the two groups was higher than before intervention, and the QLSCA score of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group[98.33%(59/60)]was higher than that of the conventional group[(85.00%(51/60)](P<0.05).Conclusion Through the"full chain"information health management mode of nursing,it can significantly reduce the number of visits of children with bronchial asthma, alleviate the condition, enhance the lung function, and then greatly improve the quality of life, and make the parents of children feel more satisfied.
