Application of Motivational Nursing Intervention in Bladder Cancer Patients Undergoing Surgery Under the Focused Solution Mode
Objective To explore the effect of motivational nursing intervention in bladder cancer patients under the focused solution mode. Methods From January 2020 to June 2023,94 patients with bladder cancer who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected and randomly divided into the control group(47 cases)and the study group(47 cases). The control group implemented motivational nursing interventions, while the study group implemented motivational nursing interventions under a focused problem-solving model. The fear of cancer recurrence[assessed using ear of progression questionnaire-short form(FoP-Q-SF)]and health behavior[assessed using health-promoting lifestyle profile(HPLP-Ⅱ)]were compared between two groups before and after intervention, and the occurrence of complications were recorded. Results After the intervention, the health and social family scores of both groups decreased compared to before the intervention, and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of various dimensions of health behavior in both groups were higher than before intervention, and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two intervention groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The motivational nursing intervention under the focused solution mode can effectively alleviate the fear of cancer recurrence in patients undergoing bladder cancer surgery, and promote their health behavior.
