Effect of Integrated Rehabilitation Nursing of Doctors,Nurses,Rehabilitators,Patients After Lumbar Spondylolisthesis Implantation and Fusion of Nailed Rods for Internal Fixation
Objective To investigate the effect of integrated medical care and recreational care in the care of patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis after implant fusion nail-rod internal fixation.Methods A total of 86 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis admitted to Henan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected and they were divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(integrated rehabilitation nursing of doctors,nurses,rehabilitators,patients)by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative care,while the observation group received integrated medical,nursing,and patient care on the basis of the control group.The recovery process,satisfaction,complication,visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswestry disability index(ODI)anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)and Barthel index(BI)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The time of first getting out of bed,first defecation,first exhaust and hospitalization in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P＜0.05).After 3 days and 7 days of operation,the VAS score was lower in observation group than those in control group(P＜0.05).The total complication rate in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the BI score in observation group was higher than than in control group,SAS score was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05);satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Integrated rehabilitation nursing of integrated rehabilitation nursing of doctors,nurses,rehabilitators,patients can reduce pain after implant fusion nail rod internal fixation in patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis,reduce the occurrence of complications,alleviate patients'bad moods,improve life ability,promote the improvement of the condition,and improve satisfaction.
