Application of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training in ACTED Mode in Hospitalization-Follow-Up of Stroke Patients
Objective To explore the application of comprehensive rehabilitation training under ACTED mode in hospitalization-follow-up of stroke patients. Methods A total of 150 stroke patients admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table, with 75 cases each.Routine rehabilitation training was given to the control group, and the observation group received the comprehensive rehabilitation training under ACTED mode. The DE Morton activity index(DEMMI),Berg balance scale(BBS),Fugl-Meyer rating scale(FMA),gait parameters,self-management ability, stroke impact scale(SIS)were compared. Results DEMMI,BBS,upper and lower limb FMA scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher step frequency, step length and step speed 3 months after discharge, and the percentage of the double support period was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The self-management ability and SIS score 3 months after discharge were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training under ACTED mode can effectively improve the self-efficacy and self-management ability of stroke patients, improve the motor function, and improve the quality of life of patients.
