Expression and Significance of RB1 and INSM1 in Solid Papillary Carcinoma of Breast
Objective To study the expression and significance of RB1 and INSM1 in breast solid papillary carcinoma(SPC).Methods A total of 17 cases of breast cancer from 2013 to 2022 in the General Hospital of Puyang Oilfield were pathologically analyzed and marked with Syn,CgA,CD56,INSM1 and RB1 by immunohistochemistry. Results All 17 cases were immunohistochemical:Syn was expressed in 11 cases,CD56 in 6 cases,CgA in 3 cases,INSM1 in 10 cases and RB1 in all 17 cases.Among them, there were no differences in the positive expression rates of INSM1,Syn and CD56(P>0.05),but it was higher than that of CgA(P<0.05).Conclusion INSM1 has a high positive rate in breast solid papillary carcinoma and can be used for the diagnosis of SPC.The expression of RB1 in solid papillary carcinoma of breast is not lost, which is helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of SPC.
