Application of Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion Combined with Pedicle Screw Fixation in Lumbar Spondylolisthesis Patients
Objective To study the application of posterior lumbar interbody fusion combined with pedicle screw fixation in lumbar spondylolisthesis patients. Methods A total of 96 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis in Zhoukou Central Hospital from March 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into control group(48 cases)and study group(48 cases). The control group was treated with pedicle screw fixation, while the study group was combined with posterior lumbar interbody fusion on the basis of the control group. The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, reduction loss rate, visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Beaujon function score(BFS),vertebral space height and slip rate, and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the study group had longer operation time, more intraoperative blood loss, and lower reduction loss rate(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the VAS score was lower, and the BFS score was higher in the study group at 6 months after operation(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the intervertebral space height was higher and the spondylolisthesis rate was lower in the study group at 6 months after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the study group(10.42%,5/48)and the control group(6.25%,3/48)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of posterior lumbar interbody fusion combined with pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis is significant, although the operation time is longer, the amount of bleeding is more,it can significantly improve the pain symptoms, restore the lumbar function, reduce the reduction loss rate and the spondylolisthesis rate, and the complications are less, the treatment safety is good.
