Effect of Dynamic Group Psychology Combined with Venlafaxine in Adults with Depression
Objective To explore the application effect of dynamic group psychology combined with venlafaxine in adult depression. Methods A total of 108 adult patients with depression admitted to Rongkang Hospital of Henan Province from August 2022 to August 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with venlafaxine, and the observation group was treated with dynamic group psychotherapy. The clinical efficacy, and adult dispositional hope scale(ADHS),social impact scale(SIS)and repeatable battery for the assessment of neuropsychological status(RBANS)before and after the intervention,as well as the event-related potential P300-related index were observed in the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups when compared to the total effective rate(P>0.05).After intervention, the ADHS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, while the SIS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the RBANS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the amplitude of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, while the latency was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of adult depression, dynamic group psychotherapy combined with venlafaxine has a definite therapeutic effect, which can reduce patients'stigma, improve their hope level, and enhance their cognitive function.
