Application of Nursing Intervention Based on Mobile Health Technology in Urinary Incontinence Patients After Radical Prostatectomy
Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing intervention based on mobile health technology in urinary incontinence patients after radical prostatectomy(RP).Methods According to the order of admission,60 patients with urinary incontinence after RP were numbered and divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing intervention. In the observation group, nursing intervention based on mobile medical intervention technology was implemented on the basis of routine nursing. The urine volume,24 hours urination times,24 hours urine leakage times and the scores of international consultation on incontinence questionnaire-short form(ICI-Q-SF),strategies used by people to promote health(SUPPH),incontinence quality of life instrument(I-QOL)before and 12 weeks after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the urine volume,SUPPH scores and I-QOL scores of the two groups increased, while the 24 hours urination number,24 hours urine leakage number and ICI-Q-SF scores all decreased, and the urine volume,SUPPH score and I-QOL score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after intervention, while the 24 hours urination times,24 hours urine leakage times and ICI-Q-SF scores were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on mobile health technology can effectively improve the urination function of patients with urinary incontinence after RP,reduce the degree of urinary incontinence, and improve the self-management efficacy and quality of life of patients.
