Impact of Refined Nursing Combined with Intelligent Health Education System on Postoperative Recovery and Compliance Behavior of Patients with Uterine Fibroids
Objective To explore the impact of refined nursing combined with intelligent health education system on postoperative recovery and compliance behavior of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 96 patients who underwent uterine fibroid surgery at the Second People's Hospital of Henan Province from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 48 patients in each group,and received refined nursing and refined nursing combined with intelligent health education system,respectively.The mastery of health knowledge,emotional state before and after nursing,postoperative recovery,C-reactive protein(CRP)levels at different times,and compliance rate with medical orders were compared between two groups of patients before and after nursing.Results The excellent rate of mastering health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically difference in the scores of the self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05),the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The observation group had shorter postoperative anal exhaust time,ambulation time,and hospitalization time compared to the control group,and a lower incidence of complications(P＜0.05).There was no statistically difference in CRP levels between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05),and the CRP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group on postoperative days 1 and 3(P＜0.05).The compliance rate of medical orders in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Implementing refined nursing combined with an intelligent health education system for patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery can enhance their mastery of health knowledge,improve their emotional state,shorten their postoperative recovery time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and CRP levels,and improve their compliance with medical orders.
