Influence of Psychological Management Throughout Pregnancy on Psychological State and Pregnancy Outcomes of Pregnant Women with Advance Pregnancy History and Abnormal Emotions
Objective To analyze the effects of psychological management throughout pregnancy on the psychological status and pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with abnormal emotions and adverse pregnancy history.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women with adverse pregnancy and childbirth history admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a reference group,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group received routine intervention,while the experimental group received full pregnancy psychological management on the basis of the reference group.Psychological states[self rating depression scale(SDS),self rating anxiety scale(SAS)],general self efficacy scale(GSES),quality of life index(QLI)scores,adverse fetal outcomes,and adverse maternal outcomes of two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,while the GSES and QLI scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in fetuses and pregnant women was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing full pregnancy psychological management for pregnant women with a history of adverse pregnancy and childbirth due to abnormal emotions can reduce negative emotions,improve self-efficacy,and reduce adverse pregnancies.
