Application Effect of"Six Thinking Hats"Thinking Mode in Nursing Management of Tracheotomy Patients with Airway Humidification
Objective To explore the effect of"six thinking hats"thinking mode in nursing management of tracheotomy patients with airway humidification.Methods A total of 60 patients with tracheotomy admitted to Anyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were included in the study,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received tracheotomy surgery,the control group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given the"six thinking hats"thinking mode of airway humidification nursing management based on the control group.Sputum viscosity,humidification effect,complications and nursing efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results On the 14th day of nursing,the viscosity of sputum in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05),the satisfaction rate of airway humidification was higher than that in the control group(P＞0.05),the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05),and the work efficiency of nursing staff was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The"six thinking hats"thinking mode can improve the viscosity of sputum in patients with tracheotomy,enhance the wetting effect,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the efficiency of nursing work.
