Effects of Implant Repair Assisted by 3D Printing Guide on Bite Force and Gingival Crevicular Fluid Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Dentition Defect
Objective To analyze the effects of 3D printing guided implant repair technology on teeth bite force and gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors in patients with dentition defect repair. Methods A total of 100 patients with dental defect repair admitted to Zhengzhou Central Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January to December 2022 were collected as subjects, and they were divided into groups(control group and observation group)according to random number table method.Control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)were given implant repair with the aid of traditional implant guide and 3D printing guide, respectively.Masticatory function, gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factor levels and implant satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the masticatory function(masticatory efficiency, biting force)in the observation group was improved, and better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of gingival fluid inflammatory factors[interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]in both groups were increased, but the fluctuation range of observation group was smaller than that of control group(P<0.05).After comparison, the satisfaction of implants in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the masticatory efficiency and biting force were improved, and the deviation angles of buccal and lingual direction, far and far were smaller(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional implant guide assisted implant repair, the application of 3D printing guide assisted implant repair technology can better improve the masticatory function of patients with dentition defect repair, reduce the irritant injury caused by inflammation, and have higher patient satisfaction and good feasibility.
