Comparison of Effect of Autologous Fat Transplantation and Traditional Fat Fascial Flap Transplantation in the Treatment of Hemifacial Atrophy
Objective To compare the clinical effects of autologous fat transplantation and traditional fat fascial flap transplantation in the treatment of hemifacial atrophy. Methods A total of 71 patients with hemifacial atrophy admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from March 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the treatment methods, they were divided into control group(traditional fat fascia flap transplantation treatment)and observation group(autologous fat transplantation treatment),including 32 cases in the control group and 39 cases in the observation group. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory indexes, quality of life and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the World Health Organization's quality of life questionnaire-brief version score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional fat fascia flap transplantation, autologous fat transplantation in patients with hemifacial atrophy can significantly improve the clinical effect and quality of life, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
