Influencing Factors of Viral Myocarditis in Patients with Respiratory Virus Infection
Objective To investigate the changes in peripheral blood T cell subsets(CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)in patients with respiratory virus infection, and analyze the influencing factors of viral myocarditis in patients with respiratory virus infection. Methods A total of 304 patients with respiratory tract virus infection admitted to Central Hospital of Henan Jiaozuo Coal Industry(Group)Co.,LTD.from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as disease group.According to whether there were concurrent viral myocarditis, they were divided into the concurrent group(35 cases)and the non-concurrent group(269 cases),and 150 healthy subjects were selected as control group during the same period.Peripheral blood CD4+,CD8+,and CD4+/CD8+between the disease group and the control group were compared.Additionally, peripheral blood CD4+,CD8+,and CD4+/CD8+in patients with different viral infections were compared.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of viral myocarditis in patients with respiratory virus infection. Results CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in peripheral blood of disease group were lower than control group, and CD8+was higher than control group(P<0.05).CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in patients with influenza virus infection were lower than those with parainfluenza virus/rhinovirus infection,CD8+was higher than those with parainfluenza virus/rhinovirus infection(P<0.05),and CD4+in patients with adenovirus/respiratory syncytial virus infection was lower than those with parainfluenza virus/rhinovirus infection(P<0.05).Age,course of disease before admission, the proportion of smoking history, sleep time<6 hours, moderate and high fever, exercise load ≥3 hours per day after infection and CD8+in the concurrent group were higher than those in the non-concurrent group(P<0.05),and CD4+,CD4+/CD8+were lower than those in the non-concurrent group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age, disease course before admission, sleep time<6 hours, moderate and high fever, exercise load after infection ≥ 3 hours per day,and CD4+/CD8+were all influencing factors of viral myocarditis in patients with respiratory virus infection(P<0.05).Conclusion Peripheral blood CD4+and CD4+/CD8+decrease in patients with respiratory virus infection, while CD8+increases.Age,disease course before admission, sleep time<6 hours, moderate and high fever, exercise load after infection ≥3 hours per day,and CD4+/CD8+are all influencing factors of viral myocarditis in patients with respiratory virus infection.
